“Overall, the platform is well designed and easy to get into, especially for non-techs, which is all of our staff execpt me. We're glad we found Zolmi and I would recommend it to every salon that are starting up. If the rating was out of 10, I would give a 9.5/10 :slightly_smiling_face: 1. The ease of use. The platform was quickly understood by our staff and even the ones that aren't the most tech savy. 2. Value for money. It's one of the most fairly priced platform for salons out there, which is the biggest plus for us. 3. Appointment management & Scheduling. It's easy to manage everything in the calendar, either from a phone, tablet or computer, we had not issues whatsoever. 4. Customer support. They are great at replying. We almost always get a response within 24h, depending on the subject. 5. Client Management. Might be the easiest thing to manage on the platform. The only thing I'd change/add to the client management, is being able to go directly to an appointment when clicking on it from the client's profile.”

“I had been in the planning stages for my business for over a year and was going to use another booking option, but kept having issues. With only a week before my opening date I decided to quickly onboard something else. I reviewed maybe 5 companies and this one was the perfect fit. I was able to implement it within days and easily integrate it with my existing web design builder with very little adjustment. The customer service fromthe team is so personal, I honestly have never experienced this online before. They are always online ready to help via chat. And I've definitely had a lot of questions!”

“Besides the gift card the booking app works well to book people and the best part is you don't even have to speak to them. Quick and easy booking and the fact that they keep track of finances is great too. Also when you check your client out it sends a text so they leave a review.”
